Located just south of Columbia, MO lives our orchard. On just a few acres of land we have planted over 400 apples trees of 80+ varieties. Why so many varieties? Great question! Our goal is understand what varieties grow well in Missouri and to learn what varieties create the most delicious cider. While some of these trees are starting to grow fruit, we likely won’t see enough for full batches until 2024.

While we patiently wait for our orchard to start producing fruit we are proud to partner with Happy Apples. Their orchard is located just a few miles down the road in Washington, MO. Widely known for their very tasty candy apples, they also produce a large volume of Jonathan apples, which you can find in our Dry Cider.

The most important part of making cider is having quality fruit. That’s why we are proud to partner with local farmers across Missouri.
